Teams are a crucial component of Walk MS, not to mention a fun way for you to engage family, friends and co-workers in the fight against MS! When registering, please remember that team captains need to register themselves first and their corresponding team before team members are able to register and join. Once you've registered your team, start spreading the word and recruiting team members. Don't forget to ask: Co-workers Family Members Friends Neighbors Members of your place of worship Members of your civic or community group Invite each team member to bring a friend or two and you'll see your team grow by leaps and bounds. The team members you recruit will recruit others and before you know it you'll have a solid team to fundraise for a cure! We Make is Easy The National MS Society will give you everything you need to get started, including a team captain handbook with ideas for growing your team, posters, team recruitment cards and more!  Our online tools make it easy for you to send emails asking others to join your team communicate with your team members and track your team’s fundraising progress!
